One of the Core Values of our Region as listed in the Mission Plan is Diversity. Within that, we commit to “ acknowledging, healing and reconciling our brokenness and the wounds of the past.” Our Fall Common Table event will focus on this value as it relates to our
Pro-Reconciliation Emphasis in the Northwest Region.

All are invited to join us for a time of learning, reflection, and planning. We will spend the morning learning about the effects of systemic racism, particularly white privilege, in our daily lives. After lunch, we will spend time debriefing our learnings and asking how to move forward.  As with all of our Common Table experiences, we will worship together, learn together, and experience community together.

Regional Board and Mission Council members should plan to attend.
All members of the Region are invited and encouraged to attend.
